4. Do We Use Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies?

In Short: We may use cookies and other tracking technologies to collect and store your information.

We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies (like web beacons and pixels) to gather information when you interact with our Services. Some online tracking technologies help us maintain security, prevent crashes, fix bugs, save preferences, and assist with basic site functions.

We also permit third parties and service providers to use online tracking technologies on our Services for analytics and advertising, including to manage and display advertisements, tailor advertisements to your interests, or send abandoned cart reminders (depending on your communication preferences).

To the extent these technologies are deemed a “sale”/“sharing” (including targeted advertising) under applicable US state laws, you can opt out as described in Section 11 below.

Full detail: buildtogrowmarketing.com/cookies.

5. How Do We Handle Your Social Logins?

In Short: If you register or log in using a social media account, we may have access to certain information about you.

Our Services offer you the ability to register and log in using your third-party social media account details (like Facebook or X). Where you choose to do this, we will receive certain profile information — often your name, email address, friends list, and profile picture, plus other information you've made public on that platform.

We use this information only for the purposes described in this Privacy Notice. We do not control, and are not responsible for, other uses of your information by your social media provider. Review their privacy notice to understand their practices.

6. How Long Do We Keep Your Information?

In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice, unless otherwise required by law.

We will only keep your personal information for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this notice, unless a longer period is required by law (tax, accounting, etc.). No purpose in this notice will require us keeping your personal information for longer than one (1) month past the termination of the user's account.

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your information, we delete or anonymize it, or, where that isn't possible (e.g., backup archives), we securely store and isolate it until deletion is possible.

7. How Do We Keep Your Information Safe?

In Short: We aim to protect your personal information through a system of organizational and technical security measures.

We've implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect your personal information. However, no transmission over the Internet or storage technology can be guaranteed 100% secure, so we cannot promise that hackers or unauthorized parties will never defeat our security. Transmission of information to and from our Services is at your own risk; access the Services only within a secure environment.

8. Do We Collect Information From Minors?

In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.

We do not knowingly collect, solicit, or sell personal information from children under 18. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18, or that you are the parent/guardian of a minor and consent to their use of the Services. If we learn that we've collected data from a user under 18, we will deactivate the account and delete such data. If you become aware of any such data, contact us at [email protected].

9. What Are Your Privacy Rights?

In Short: You may review, change, or terminate your account at any time, depending on your country, province, or state of residence.

Withdrawing your consent. If we rely on your consent to process your information, you have the right to withdraw it at any time by contacting us (Section 13). This won't affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

Opting out of marketing. Unsubscribe any time via the link in our emails, by replying STOP/UNSUBSCRIBE to our SMS, or by contacting us. We may still send service-related, non-marketing messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with third parties.

Account Information

To review, change, or terminate your account:

• Log in to your account settings and update your user account.

Upon your request to terminate, we deactivate or delete your account from our active databases — though we may retain some information to prevent fraud, troubleshoot, assist investigations, or comply with legal requirements.

Cookies. Most browsers accept cookies by default; you can set yours to remove or reject them, which may affect certain features. See buildtogrowmarketing.com/cookies.

Questions? Email [email protected].

10. Controls for Do-Not-Track Features

Most browsers and some mobile OSs include a Do-Not-Track (DNT) signal. No uniform standard for recognizing DNT signals has been finalized, so we do not currently respond to them. If a standard is adopted, we'll update this notice accordingly.

California law requires us to disclose how we respond to DNT signals: because no industry or legal standard exists yet, we do not respond to them at this time.
